Our shipping policy

For both domestic and international shipping we use DHL, and estimated arrival times are 2-5 days.

For made to order items, please allow 5 weeks before the item ships. More info here.

Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout.

Taxes and duties are not included in our shipping fee, unless otherwise noted.

Returns and refunds

Should you wish to return EDR merchandise, you will be responsible for all shipment costs. We accept returns within 5 days of receipt, should items be unworn and in mint condition, with the original packaging.

Made to order items are non-refundable or exchangeable. More info here.

Refunds will be made to the same card charged at time of payment once the item has been received by EDR, and confirmed to be in good condition. Your refund will take approximately 3-5 days to process after we receive and inspect the merchandise.
